Class Description: This course if required by 29 CFR 1910.120, for all clandestine laboratory safety supervisors, or law enforcement officers at a clandestine laboratory site who may have to act as the on-scene supervisor. The class is taught with the emphasis placed on the legal issues of supervisoring a clandestine laboratory crew when working with hazardous chemicals and dangerous situations.
Prerequisites: Clandestine Laboratory Safety Certification Course
Who Should Attend: Any California Law Enforcement who is Clandestine Laboratory Safety Certified in compliance with 29 CFR 1910.120
Cost: This is a tuition free course.
